Ettienne Pieterse is a San Diego REALTOR®, specializing in coastal luxury properties. His brick and mortar office sits next to the marina of Shelter Island in the Point Loma area, but he is also extremely knowledgeable in North County from Del Mar to Carlsbad.

He earned his real estate license in 2020 and previously served as the Director of Acquisitions at a prominent real estate investment company, where he completed 200+ deals and focused on sourcing distressed properties for renovation and resale. This experience gave him an expert eye for value, sharp negotiation skills and a deep expertise in guiding clients through competitive transactions.

Originally from South Africa, he now considers himself a San Diego local. He enjoys spending time on the beach with his two sons and catching a surf whenever he can. His love of the ocean and this coastline translates into helping clients not just find a house, but finding the perfect fit for their dream lifestyle.
